The heat tariff for Termoelectrica consumers will decrease by almost 23% - to 2138 lei per Gcal, and for CET-Nord - by 30.2% - to 2245 lei per Gcal.
The National Agency for Energy Regulation plans to make a decision on this issue at a meeting on March 19. The draft resolution prepared by NAER states that, in particular, the tariff for heat energy supplied to Termoelectrica consumers is planned to be reduced by 22.9% (-636 lei) - from 2774 to 2138 lei per Gcal (excluding VAT), and the tariff for heat energy, sold to CET-Nord consumers - by 30.2% (-970 lei) - from 3215 to 2245 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT). The last time tariffs for heat energy produced by Termoelectrica and CET-Nord changed was on January 1, 2024, when they were reduced by 15.1% and, respectively, by 9.7%. Energy Minister Victor Parlicov said earlier that lower prices for natural gas will lead to lower tariffs for heat and electricity. //13.03.2024 — InfoMarket.
