ANRE approved new tariffs for electricity from renewable sources.

In particular, at its meeting on February 28, the Management Board of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) adjusted the tariffs for electricity from electricity producers benefiting from the support scheme established before the entry into force of the Law on Promotion of Energy from Renewable Sources, in accordance with the approved methodology of the dynamics of the national currency exchange rate against the US dollar. At the same time, the adjusted values of fixed tariffs for electricity produced from renewable sources by producers who obtained the status of eligible producer in 2020, 2022 and 2023 were approved. Also, there were approved fixed tariffs for electricity produced from renewable energy sources by producers who will be confirmed as small eligible producers, as well as participation guarantees and contract performance guarantees. Also, the maximum prices for electricity produced from renewable energy sources were approved, which will be used to organize tenders for granting the status of large eligible producers: 1.67 lei/kWh for solar photovoltaic installations; 1.50 lei/kWh for wind installations.
