The press service of the enterprise reported this, also noting that last year 32,580 consumers contacted the Moldovagaz contact center using a single telephone number 1304. The vast majority of calls – 31,548 – came from residents of the capital. At the same time, 16,754 consumers contacted in connection with the payment of an invoice, 3,858 people - regarding the issues of compensation provided. 1436 people called the center due to the absence of an invoice for payment, due to errors in their compilation - 2,036. 2268 people addressed questions about contractual relations, and 1740 consumers provided meter readings in this way. 4491 people called with other technical questions. Herewith, the number of users of the “Consumer Personal Account” service at the end of 2023 amounted to 19,403 people, having increased by 6,082 units over the year. By logging into account, the user can check the history of natural gas consumption for the last 12 months, as well as the current account balance. Other functions of the account include the ability to remotely transmit current meter readings, as well as download and pay the bill online. In addition, the consumer can leave an online application to renew or terminate the contract, seek help from the company’s contact center, and also place a complaint. The service is available for both residential and non-domestic consumers (legal entities). Moreover, the architecture of the account allows to link several points of natural gas consumption to one account at once. Meanwhile, gas meter readings can also be transmitted via Viber ChatBot. The Moldovagaz company has also implemented a consumer support system based on the Telegram messenger (https://t.me/MoldovagazSupportBot). Consumer requests are accepted around the clock, and answers are provided after they are processed by the company’s specialists from Monday to Friday.
