According to Termoelectrica, the company sent out invitations to participate in the tender to many economic agents: Energoreparaţii Serv S.A.; S.C. Socend Ind S.A.; S.C. General Turbo S.A.; Kharkovenergoremont; Turboenergy Power; Horus SRL; Turboatom; Siemens Energy Romania; Zakłady Remontowe Energetyki Katowice S.A.; Electrocentrale Bucureşti S.A.; Zeeco Europe Ltd. All procurement procedures were published on MTender (www.mtender.gov.md), which ensured the transparency and fairness of the process.
