As InfoMarket agency was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, in particular, for 10 months of 2022, compared to the same period of the previous year, imports of oil and oil products in value terms increased by 2.4 times - up to $1 billion 240.49 million, and natural gas and industrial products from gas - increased by 2.7 times - up to $654.01 million. Deliveries of coal, coke and briquettes over the same period increased by 2.1 times - up to $32.6 million. Electricity imports amounted to $58.57 million, which is 7.6 times more than in the same period in 2021. In general, imports of energy resources in January-October 2022 ranked first in the overall structure of Moldovan imports with an indicator of 26.53% against 13.74% a year earlier.
