This is provided for by a corresponding contract, which was signed in Chisinau in the presence of the Presidents of Moldova and Bulgaria, Maia Sandu and Rumen Radev. The document was signed by Victor Binzari, Acting Director General of the state company Energocom, and Vladimir Malinov, Executive Director of Bulgartransgaz.
