Also, Moldovan citizens living in France will be able to exchange their Moldovan driving licenses for French documents. To this end, countries will sign an intergovernmental agreement on the mutual exchange of driver's licenses. The start of negotiations on this document and its subsequent signing was approved by the Government of Moldova. According to the document, passing a theoretical and/or practical exam in the process of converting permits will be excluded. Thus, support will be provided to Moldovan citizens in France and road traffic between the two states will be facilitated.
