The Prime Minister said this while speaking at the Moldova Electronics Forum, which brought together companies from the industry, representatives of government, science, and investors, who discussed trends and opportunities in the electronics sector in Moldova. Dorin Recean noted that the authorities have various tools to stimulate growth in all areas, including the electronics industry. He recalled that the authorities have expanded the types of activities allowed within the Moldova IT Park to include applied research and development in the electronics industry, so that research and development can be carried out in this environment. Industrial parks are also an opportunity for development. "We also encourage investment in technical education. We want competitive companies, innovative technologies and well-trained specialists to turn this industry into an engine of sustainable economic growth," the Prime Minister said. He emphasized that the education system has quickly adapted to the needs of the electronics industry and produces qualified specialists. The contribution of external partners, who helped Moldova integrate into the global electronics industry network, was also noted. "I am confident that together we will be able to explore all the opportunities in this area," Dorin Recean said. According to him, the electronics industry of Moldova has energy, potential and ambitions, and the government actively supports this direction. The Prime Minister emphasized that the Moldova Electronics Forum is a platform for dialogue between industry, academia and government bodies, where ideas are formed, partnerships are born and the directions of the technological future of the country are determined. "Innovations start with trained people and strong partnerships," the head of the Cabinet noted. The Moldova Electronics Forum was organized by the Association of Enterprises of the Electronic Industry of Moldova (ACEM).
