
Korea will continue to support Moldova's education system
The Ministry of Education and Research and the Special Government Office for Education of Jeju Province in South Korea have signed a memorandum of understanding. According to the press service of the ministry, within the framework of cooperation, Moldovan general education institutions will receive computers and digital devices, and Moldovan teachers in the IT field will be trained at classes organized by Korean specialists. It is worth mentioning that Moldova and Korea signed the first similar memorandum of cooperation in 2014. Thanks to it, Moldovan educational institutions received 1,300 computers, 45 tablets and training kits, 15 drones, more than 120 teachers were trained in Korea and 200 in Moldova with trainers from Korea. Also, with Korean support, Moldovan students were able to participate in international contests and forums, such as the e-Icon World Contest and the Jeju International Youth Forum. // 31.07.2024 - InfoMarket
