This was discussed during a meeting that the Governor of the National Bank of Moldova, Anca Dragu, held with the Deputy Director of the IMF Department for Fiscal Affairs, Era Dabla-Norris, with whom she discussed opportunities for economic development. According to the NBM, Anca Dragu emphasized cooperation with the IMF, which supported Moldova in promoting reforms in various areas, including the financial sector, thereby improving banking regulation and supervision and ensuring the stability of the banking sector.
