Moldova to receive a grant of 3 million euros to finance costs related to the organization of air traffic.
According to the press service of the parliament, this is envisaged by an agreement between the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) and Moldova on the implementation of the European Voluntary Solidarity Fund for the Organization of Air Traffic. Members of the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Policy and European Integration approved the launch of negotiations and the signing of this document at Wednesday's meeting. Accordingly, certain expenses of the State Enterprise MoldATSA will be covered by the European ATM Voluntary Solidarity Fund. These are personnel costs: salaries of operating staff; costs related to training and maintenance of the system; any other costs related to operational preparations for resumption of air traffic. The agreement will take effect upon signing. // 01.03.2023 - InfoMarket.
