„All together again at Eurovision 2023!”: Maib supports Moldova’s Eurovision performance in Liverpool

Maib is once again honored to support Moldova’s participation in Eurovision Song Contest (ESC2023), the event that makes whole of Europe pulsate together to the rhythm of music. Maib’s message "All together again at Eurovision in 2023!" will open up the partnership during a press event held on April 27, at Artcor.
 
The 67th edition of the International Eurovision Song Contest takes place on 09-13 May 2023 and is hosted by Liverpool on behalf of Ukraine. ESC2023 brings to the stage the contestants from 37 countries, 31 of which will compete in two semi-finals to join performers from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and Ukraine in the Grand Final.
 
Pasha Parfeni with the song "Soarele si Luna" will represent our country on May 9 in the first semi-final and on May 13 in the grand final.
 
In Moldova the contest is managed by "Teleradio-Moldova" Company (TRM), which has been running Eurovision Moldova since 2005.

The singer Pasha Parfeni is participating in Eurovision for the second time. First time he represented Moldova in 2012 with the song "Lăutar" qualifying to the final and taking the overall 11th place.

“For me, returning to Eurovision this year is even more exciting. I realize that Moldova now needs international support and recognition more than ever, and Eurovision provides that high visibility platform for our cultural diplomacy. We are tasked with creating a show that will attract the attention of over 200 million people. But most of all, we will do our best to ensure that Moldovans are proud of their country. This is a common effort with everyone involved, and I thank the organizer, the viewers, the partners and everyone who supported us”.
 
Maib once again sponsors the participation of Moldova in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023, as part of its drive to sustain art and culture in the country, as well as Moldova’s European integration efforts.
