The Day of new employees or how WoW it’s to work at maib
The Day of New Employees is a new initiative within maib, where those who have recently become part of the team have the opportunity to talk directly with the bank's top management, to familiarize themselves with what the corporate culture means, but also to discover the facilities they can benefit and which will help them carry out their work in an efficient way.
At the same time, this meeting aims to create a positive and friendly environment for the new employees to quickly and efficiently integrate into maib team and their careers advance to the next level.
