Celebrate the National Wine Day, the 21st edition, together with maib and Mastercard
Maib supports the country's traditions every year, supporting customers in the wine industry. In 2022, after a two-year break caused by the pandemic, the banking sector leader and Mastercard joined as main partners in the 21st edition of the National Wine Day, with the tagline " My wine is a peace bringer dove, turning hate into love".
Traditionally, the celebration will take place on October 1st and 2nd. In the two days dedicated to Bacchus liqueur, winemaking tradition, quality wine, exquisite dishes, and good people will meet in the Great National Assembly Square (PMAN) and at the country's wineries.
Eighty-eight producers announced their participation this year and promised to bring out the best from their wineries. The organizers have also prepared a special program, seasoned with good music for every taste, traditional dishes from homemakers and householders from all corners of Moldova, and tasting lessons at the Wine School.
Maib and Mastercard will have two particular stands set up, where guests will have the opportunity to spend their time cheerfully and usefully, enjoying multiple surprises. We present some of them below.

Thus, you will learn to give a second chance to the things around you, turning wine bottles into interior items or vases. Likewise, you can paint a magnet in wine, reminding you from the fridge how it was at the 2022 edition of the National Wine Day.

The National Vine and Wine Office, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, with the support of the event's strategic partner, the Moldovan Competitiveness Project, funded by USAID and the main partner, maib and Mastercard organized the National Wine Day.
