Maib and Gladei&Partners law firm offer 2 scholarships for Law students. Participate too!

Maib and Gladei&Partners Law firm support meritocracy, talent and diligence. For the seventh consecutive year, based on an essay competition, two students or postgraduate students of the Faculty of Law will each have the opportunity to receive an academic scholarship in the amount of the tuition fee for the academic year 2022-2023. In addition, Gladei&Partners offer a one-month professional internship within the office. The Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova (USM) is the academic partner of the project.

In the contest, senior-year undergraduate or postgraduate’s students from the Law Faculty of any university in Moldova can participate, with full time attendance, based on a contract or budget funding. The participation file must include:

  1. The CV
  2. An essay in Romanian on “Capping interest in credit agreements: (how) to hold with the hare and run with the hounds?”
Drafting rules: max. 2 pages, Times New Roman 12, 1.1 spacing, Harvard citation style will be used.
 
Participation files can be sent online to burse@gladei.md until October 2, 2022.
 
The selection of finalists will be based on the essay. Candidates with the best essays will be invited on October 8, at 12:00, at the USM Faculty of Law (study building no.2), to present them in front of the Evaluation Committee, which will include representatives of the Glade&Partners Office, maib, but also from the Faculty of Law of the USM. Candidates will have 10 minutes to present the essay, after which they will answer questions from the committee members.
