The “Dacia” Branch, located in the Botanica sector’s heart of the capital, aligns with the brand identity. From now on, it will be even more welcoming for the bank’s current customers and new ones who want next level banking experiences.
Thanks to its strategic location, it concentrates the service of all customer segments, being equipped with a comfortable alto area. At the same time, the "Dacia" Branch is part of the network of four maib HUBs dedicated to serving SME customers.

Being customer-centric isn’t just a statement we made because it sounds nice, it’s a commitment we’ve made and live up to it through everything we do. We are absolutely convinced that in its new version, the "Dacia" Branch will meet the customers’ expectations and in many aspects - will surpass them".
Leonid Ciobotari, Director of the “Dacia” Branch
“The modernization of the Branch is not only about an excellent design and new furniture but also about simplifying processes, reducing waiting time and optimizing the way of working. We have to establish the trends in the market to make customers feel at home when they come to the Branch. We are happy that through the new changes we have made, we can align ourselves with customers' needs, offer them next-level banking experiences, and meet international trends in the respective field".
There are several areas available to customers of the "Dacia" Branch:
