The maib "Mircea cel Batrân" Branch reopened its doors after renovation and modernization of the operational model

There is almost a year maib since maib begun to modernize its branches and agencies according to the new visual identity and operational model. In line with the updated design and simplified processes is the "Mircea cel Batrân" Branch in the Ciocana sector of the capital.
After a record two-week renovation, the branch reopened its doors to serve customers with even more love and professionalism. The bank has made significant efforts to create its inside with an extra dose of comfort, dictated by bright colors, new and laconic furniture, airy waiting areas and the successful implementation of various modern functionalities.

Aliona Stratan, First Deputy Chairwoman of the maib Management Board:
„We are happy to announce that from now on the customers who are served in the "Mircea cel Bătrân" Branch will benefit from much more modern banking experiences. We develop improved products and services, but we know that our customers also expect a service to match: fast, friendly, professional, which, in fact, we are dedicated to provide by simplifying processes, implementing the best practices in the field of customer experience and through the continuous training of the bank's team”.

Renata Cabac, Director of the „Mircea cel Bătrân” Branch:
„This space has been radically transformed in just two weeks. Both maib customers and the team I mentor have the pleasure to come to a modern, colorful, comfortable, customer-centric branch. My colleagues are now even more motivated to create banking experiences at the highest level, as European standards are a must in the "Mircea cel Batrân" Branch. This is also due to the projects that have been implemented and which are intended to transform the customer experience into a simple and easy one: the electronic queue, online scheduling of the branch visit, service at a single consultant, the layout of the maib 365 area and many other upgrades to come”.
Similar to the other branches aligned with the brand identity, the "Mircea cel Bătrân" Branch is distinguished by three areas dedicated to different customer needs. Each of them is focused on simplifying customers' access to banking products and services from the maib portfolio.

Self-service area – dedicated to quick banking operations for customers who want to do certain operations at payment terminals autonomously and in short time, such as: paying bills, paying credit, checking the account, depositing cash in the account, etc.

Transactional area – allows for the facilitation of multiple operations at a single counter, with faster service for a wide list of operations and, implicitly, saving valuable time for everyone.

The consulting area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication and analyzing complex personal or business development needs and plans. This area is more relaxing and suitable for making important decisions such as mortgages, business loans or things alike.
The "Mircea cel Bătrân" branch is located in the Ciocana sector of the capital, on 24/3 Mircea cel Bătrân boulevard, with a daily schedule, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, without break.
We remind you that recently the "Ion Creanga", "Gheorghe Asachi", "Puskin" Bălți, "Miron Costin", "Miron Costin Business Centru", "Constantin Tanase", "Decebal", Ialoveni", "Tighina", "Stefan cel Mare", "Dacia" Branches have also aligned with the renewed brand identity., as well as several maib agencies. By the end of this year, maib plans to renovate several other subdivisions in Chisinau and the country's districts, aiming to offer customers more comfort, professional service and a personalized approach.
