Gebauer & Griller Moldova celebrates 10 years of excellence, challenges, achievements, and experiences.

10 Years ago, on February 22, 2012, in Balti Free Economic Zone of the Republic of Moldova, Gebauer & Griller launched a new promising project specialized in the production of technically advanced cables and wiring systems for energy and data transmission in the automotive and industrial environment.

 

During its first decade of activity in the Republic of Moldova, the Gebauer &Griller Plant has registered numerous achievements that have led to a continuous development of the business. In 2012, when the first Gebauer & Griller plant in Moldova launched the production, 100 new job openings were created. In 2016, when the expansion of the Company in Balti took place by a second plant opening, other 500 new jobs – new opportunities were created. Thanks to the efforts made and the results obtained, in 2021 Gebauer & Griller Moldova team involved in several new projects that suppose an imposing new wave of investments in the Republic of Moldova business environment and, respectively, creation of about 700 new job openings. 

 

In10 years of activity in Moldova, Gebauer & Griller’s value of investments in this specific location reached the figure of 47 million euros, with 9.1 million euros paid to the state budget through taxes and fees. For the previous financial year, the figure of annual export reached about 92 million euros.
