
Franzeluta Chisinau Bakery will cover losses in the amount of 11.36 million lei incurred in 2021 from mandatory reserves.
This decision was made during the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company. It also approved the standards for the distribution of net profit expected in 2022, which provide that 69% of Franzeluţa's net profit for this year will be invested in the development of production, 25% - directed to the payment of dividends, 1% - to the payment of compensation to members of the governing bodies, and 5% - for other purposes. The shareholders of Franzeluţa approved the annual report of the Council of the company and the financial and economic report of the company for 2021, and also approved the priority directions for the development of the company for 2022-2024. They prematurely terminated the powers of the members of the Company's Council, the Audit Commission and the Audit Committee and elected their new members. In particular, Viorelia Lazar, Vladimir Arachelov, Sergiu Gherciu, Cristina Ceban, Viorica Besliu, Svetlana Mariuta, Gheorghe Parfeni were elected to the Council of the Society for a period of 2 years. Moldauditing was chosen as the auditor for 2022. Franzeluţa is the largest producer of bread and bakery products in Moldova.
