It also approved the standards for the distribution of net profit expected in 2022, which provide that 69% of Franzeluţa's net profit for this year will be invested in the development of production, 25% - directed to the payment of dividends, 1% - to the payment of compensation to members of the governing bodies, and 5% - for other purposes. The shareholders of Franzeluţa approved the annual report of the Council of the company and the financial and economic report of the company for 2021, and also approved the priority directions for the development of the company for 2022-2024.
