This is envisaged by the draft law adopted by the parliament in the second reading on granting the status of an object of the national cultural heritage of the Republic of Moldova to the property of Barza Albă. The bill provides for the inclusion of the enterprise in the list of objects not subject to privatization, and the return to it of the exclusive right to use the trademark Barza Albă (Belîi Aist, "White Stork"). The law will regulate relations arising in the field of state protection, conservation, development and use of the property of the Barza Albă enterprise, which is a unique object of national heritage in the production of divin, the transfer of these material and spiritual values to future generations, as well as the peculiarities of the ownership of this enterprise as an object of national cultural property. It is envisaged that the status of an object of national cultural heritage is given to the following property of Barza Albă: premises of the storage building, divin aging building, tasting rooms, with the exception of equipment for the production of divins, technological tanks, divins in aging or storage, working capital; adjacent land plots of Barza Albă used for industrial and tourism purposes; collections of divins from the winemaking zones of Moldova and other countries that have cultural and historical value and reflect the national and world traditions of winemaking, with the exception of a commercial collection; trademark Belîi Aist - Barza Albă - "White Stork". The property of the enterprise will be included in the Register of monuments protected by the state. Currently, in Moldova, 2 wineries have the status of an object of the national cultural heritage of Moldova: the Cricova Winery and the Quality Winery Milestii Mici. Barza Albă is a wine and cognac factory founded in June 1944, one of the largest producers of cognac products in Moldova. Since 1978, the plant has been producing the most famous Moldavian cognac "White Aist".
