JSC Viorica Cosmetic will direct more than 10.33 million lei (95% of its net profit for 2020) to cover losses from previous years.

This decision was made by the shareholders of the company at their annual general meeting. In particular, they agreed that from the net profit for 2020 in the amount of 10 million 881.14 thousand lei, Viorica Cosmetic will send 5% (544,057 lei) to the Reserve Fund, in accordance with the law, and the remaining 95% of the profit (10 million 337 thousand 084 lei) - to cover losses of previous years. It is planned that the net profit of the company for 2021 will be distributed in the same way.The shareholders of Viorica Cosmetic also approved the annual report of the Council of the company and the financial report of the company for 2021, elected a new composition of the Council of the company for a period of 1 year, made changes and additions to the Charter of the company. Viorica Cosmetic is the largest manufacturer of perfumery and cosmetic products in Moldova. The company was founded in 1989, and in 2012 it was privatized by the DAAC Hermes Group.
