
The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) has been recertified to the international standard ISO 9001:2015
According to the agency's press service, the audit was conducted last week by the Romanian company Srac Cert. The auditors assessed the effectiveness of the management system as a whole in the context of internal and external changes, as well as its relevance and applicability to the scope of certification; the ability of the management system to contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives and planned results, etc. AGEPI received its first ISO 9001:2008 certificate in 2013, and in 2017, during an external surveillance audit it transitioned to the ISO 9001:2015 version, becoming the first state institution in Moldova to be certified under this version.
