In this case, they will be issued only warnings. This is stipulated by the relevant amendments to the Contravention Code, passed by the Parliament in the second reading. According to the document, among the violations, for which only a warning will be issued, are: the operation of vehicles with technical defects in the braking system or steering mechanism, in lighting or signaling devices; driving a vehicle with illegible registration number or with an incorrectly installed registration plate; failure to comply with the requirements for the use of lighting devices in the dark or in conditions of limited visibility; failure to turn on the dipped beam or running lights during the day. The warning will only be applied by the reviewing agent if the driver has not committed a similar act within the last year. In addition, the driver must have all fines for previous offenses paid.
