
Sergiu Băeşu and Tatiana Tabuncic were appointed as new members of the Superior Council of Magistracy for a period of 6 years
The corresponding decision was adopted by the Moldovan Parliament at a meeting on Friday. Both candidates were proposed for appointment following a contest organized by the Committee on Legal Affairs, Appointments and Immunities, in which Sergiu Băeşu and Tatiana Tabuncic got the highest score. According to the Constitution, the Superior Council of Magistracy is composed of 12 members.
