The Public Services Agency has begun accepting applications for registration of beneficiaries of the percentage allocation mechanism.

According to the press service of the department, the beneficiaries of the percentage allocation mechanism can be public associations, foundations, private institutions, religious cults and their components, which together meet the conditions stipulated by law. Until September 30, they can submit an application (in writing or electronic form) to the Public Services Agency for registration of the List of beneficiaries of the percentage allocation. Organizations that have previously been approved as 2% beneficiaries are included in the new list automatically, provided there are no budget arrears. The list of beneficiaries to whom individual taxpayers will be able to send 2% of income tax paid will be available at the end of 2023. The list of “2%” beneficiaries currently includes 962 organizations to which taxpayers will be able to transfer 2% of income tax in the next tax year.
