The Material Reserves Agency extended the acceptance of bids for the tender on the purchase of 21.083 thousand tons of food wheat from state reserves.
According to the Agency, the deadline for bids is now May 15 (until 16.00). Previously, the deadline was May 2. Let us remind that the Material Reserves Agency, subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, announced a tender for the selection of recipients of 21 thousand 082.7 tons of food wheat from state reserves for the purpose of freshening with a gap in time. The wheat will be released on the basis of a contract, with presentation of an obligatory financial/bank guarantee, the amount of which will ensure the replenishment of the amount of wheat received from the reserves, at a price established by the joint price formation commission for goods from state reserves and mobilization (3971 lei/ton), as well as with covering contingency expenses amounting to 8% of the value of the released wheat. Only economic agents that have no debts to the state budget and the Material Reserves Agency will be able to receive wheat. At the same time, priority will be given to producers of bread and bakery products, and in the absence of applications from them - other applicants will be able to claim this volume of state reserves. The enterprises will have to return the food wheat released from the state reserves from the current year harvest until October 15, in the same volume and of the same quality.
