The Public Services Agency publishes on its website the announcements of economic agents.

The Agency reminded that by law economic agents are obliged to notify the Public Services Agency about changes in constituent documents and data included in the State Register of Legal Entities. In order to facilitate the creditors of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, which in turn may be individuals and legal persons of private or public law (e.g. State Tax Service, National Social Insurance Company, National Health Insurance Company, etc.), the Agency publishes the relevant information on its official website, in the section "Transparency/Declarations of economic agents". Thus, the following information is published on a daily basis: change of the name of the legal entity; change of the location of the legal entity; initiation of the procedure of exclusion of non-active individual entrepreneurs, non-active legal entities and taxpayers whose tax liabilities have been settled by simplified deduction; exclusion of the legal entity from the State Register. On a weekly basis, information is provided on the reduction of the authorized capital; the beginning of the reorganization procedure or the liquidation procedure of legal entities. If necessary, information on the completion of the procedure of reorganization of joint stock companies is published. Economic agents can register the respective changes in the Public Services Agency in two ways: by sending an application to inregistrare.ud@asp.gov.md (the application and accompanying documents must be signed electronically), or by scheduling a visit to any Public Services Agency’s multifunctional center to submit the application in person.
