
In 2022, the Public Services Agency provided more than 5.7 million services, almost 36% of them free of charge or on preferential terms.
According to the agency, 3.4 million visitors used these services, which is 14% more than in 2021. A total of 5.7 million services were provided, of which 1.9 million were free of charge, and 0.1 million were on preferential conditions. The list of PSA services includes 262 services, of which 50 are provided free of charge, and 57 - at reduced rates for certain categories of citizens. The most popular free services last year were: issuance of the first identity card (about 2.4 thousand per month), birth registration (about 1.3 thousand per month), death registration (about 1.5 thousand services per month), registration of marriage (about 0.5 thousand per month), exclusion of legal entities from the State Register (about 0.4 thousand services per month), etc. Free or at reduced rates, some PSA services are received by persons with disabilities; pensioners receiving an old-age pension; children left without parental care; children with disabilities; children under the age of 1 year; war veterans; participants in World War II; persons who are on state security; participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant; victims of human trafficking and voluntary blood donors. In addition, for this category of citizens, several services in the field of real estate registration are provided at a 50% discount.
