The Material Reserves Agency will allocate from the state reserve 1300 tons of food wheat for economic agents.

Such a decision was approved by the government at a meeting on May 18 in order to refresh the state reserves. Specifically, the Material Reserves Agency will allocate wheat from the 2018 harvest to economic agents on the basis of a contract, with the provision of a bank or financial guarantee covering the cost of the allocated volume of products. Only economic agents with no debts to state reserves will be able to receive wheat, priority will be given to producers of bread and bakery products, and if there are no applications from them, other applicants will be able to claim this volume of state reserves. The companies will have to return the food wheat released from the state material reserves from the harvest of the current year until November 1, 2022, in the same volume and quality. The four-year storage period of the wheat to be released from the state reserves expires in the third quarter of this year. // 19.05.2022- InfoMarket.
