
Moldovan government has approved the procedure for receiving and storing Romanian aid in the form of gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil.
Under a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the state material reserves will receive 5,000 tons of fuel oil, 129.51 tons of diesel and 112.67 tons of gasoline donated by Romania to Moldova as international aid to overcome the gas crisis and reduce the impact of the humanitarian crisis triggered by the armed conflict in Ukraine. According to the established procedures, the aid will be accepted by the Inspectorate General for Emergency Situations and after all customs procedures are completed, it will be transferred to the Material Reserves Agency under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which will ensure storage and the necessary accounting. Gasoline and diesel fuel will be stored at Petrom Moldova, on the basis of a contract concluded by the agency. The cost of storage services will be 62 thousand lei, which will be allocated from the Reserve Fund of the Government.
