
The Information Technology and Cyber Security Service (STISC) warns of cyber attacks targeting government agencies.
According to the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, more than 1,330 fraudulent messages have been sent to the e-mail addresses of government agencies to date. Owners of .md domain are notified by email that their domain name is about to expire and are asked to initiate the renewal process by requesting a payment link. The Information Technology and Cyber Security Service recommends avoiding such links, as well as blocking the sender by reporting it to the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service.
