
Moldova has gained free access to the world's largest Indian apple market
According to Government's press service, Prime Minister Dorin Recean said on this occasion that Moldova was able to expand its export markets for Moldovan apples. “We will continue supporting our producers in order to jointly increase the competitiveness of Moldovan products and ensure a safe and predictable business environment on new export markets,” Dorin Recean said. According to him, in order to gain access to the Indian market, Moldova Fruct members exported 340 tons of apples to India under the control of the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) from 2023 to date, within the framework of a trial shipments program.
