As InfoMarket agency was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, at the same time, the supply of Russian products to Moldova in the first 2 months 2021, in comparison with the same period of the previous year, decreased by 1.7% - to $ 123.8 million. Herewith, the share of the Russian Federation in the total volume of Moldovan exports increased over the specified period from 7.15% to 9.35%. and in imports it decreased from 14.56% to 13.41%. According to the results of January-February 2021, Russia took the 4th place in the list of the largest partners of Moldova in terms of purchases of Moldovan products (after Romania, Germany and Turkey), but was the leader in terms of supplies of products to the Republic of Moldova, ahead of Romania and China. Negative trade balance between Moldova and Russia in the first 2 months 2021 amounted to $ 84 million, a decrease of 9.3%, compared to the same period in 2020.
