
An advisory council of experts has been created under the parliamentary commission on economics, budget and finance.
This was announced by the chairman of the named specialized commission, Radu Marian, noting that its members will be able to make proposals and comments on legislative initiatives and economic policies of the central authorities approved within the commission. The first meeting of the council took place today, at which it was possible to exchange views on the economic situation in the country. “We will periodically consult with members of the council on public policy decisions in areas under the jurisdiction of the commission on economics, budget and finance. The members of the expert council were selected based on an open competition and represent different areas: the academic community, civil society, business environment, etc.,” noted Radu Marian.
