Moldova: 6 more public services provided to entrepreneurs will be digitized.

Moldova: 6 more public services provided to entrepreneurs will be digitized.

This is stipulated by the draft amendments to some normative acts, passed by the Parliament in the first reading in order to adapt the legal framework to ensure the digitalization of G2B services. In particular, it is about simplifying the interaction of entrepreneurs with the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), the National Accreditation Center of Moldova (MOLDAC) and the National Institute of Metrology (INM). Six public services provided by these institutions will be digitized. In particular, ANRCETI will digitize the issuance of technical authorization for the use of radio communication stations and the submission of a notification by a natural or legal person intending to provide postal services. At MOLDAC, the act of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies will no longer be a mandatory authorization act for entrepreneurs and will be made available digitally on the institution's platform. At INM, the model approval certificate and metrological verification bulletin will be able to be requested digitally. The initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization fits into the plan to digitize 75% of services used by the business community by the end of 2024 and provide 100% of public services digitally by 2030. The bill is due to be considered by Parliament as early as the second reading. // 16.02.2024 - InfoMarket.
