The Competition Council is examining Ultra Distribution's declared economic concentration with Frace Trans and asks all interested parties to comment on the competitive impact of this transaction. Ultra Distribution has been working in the wholesale market for computers, peripherals and software since 2012. In 2020, the company's revenues amounted to 1.48 billion lei (up 2.3 times compared to 2019), and its net profit reached 6.4 million lei (up 19 times). The company employs 37 people (1.8 times more than in the previous year). The sole owner of the company is officially Alexei Loboda. Frace Trans was founded in 2007 and is engaged in the wholesale of textiles.
