The Czech Republic will implement a new project in Moldova's agricultural sector, while its total investment in current projects exceeds 3 million euros.

This was said during a meeting held by Agriculture and Food Industry Minister Vladimir Bolea and Czech Development Agency Director Michal Minčev to assess the implementation of current projects financed by the Czech government and identify new opportunities for cooperation. During the meeting they discussed the projects under implementation with a total investment volume of over 3 million euros. Michal Minčev emphasized the Czech Development Agency's willingness to continue cooperation with Moldova, proposing to launch a new project in the agricultural sector, adapted to the national needs. The Agriculture and Food Ministry will determine the direction of the new project, which is scheduled to start next year. At the same time, Mihal Minčev emphasized the potential of Moldova's agriculture and the importance of its development. He cited the positive experience of the Czech Republic, where the chambers of agriculture have been working efficiently since the 90s and their members enjoy the benefits of membership. For his part, Vladimir Bolea said that in Moldova, the agricultural chambers are still at the early stages of creation and European models are being analyzed in order to adopt the most efficient system. // 30.05.2024 - InfoMarket.
