AIPA has opened a call for applications for post-investment subsidies.

AIPA has opened a call for applications for post-investment subsidies.

According to the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture, applications are accepted until October 31. As previously reported, this year post-investment subsidies will be provided to farmers working in the following areas: the construction of greenhouses, the creation of perennial plantations, the purchase of agricultural machinery, the development of animal husbandry, the introduction of organic farming, the promotion of products on the market, the development of rural agritourism, etc. Let us remind that, subsidies resumed on September 10, when 18.2 million lei were paid for 89 applications submitted to subsidize post-investment projects in 2020. Earlier (in April of this year), it was reported that from the beginning of 2021, AIPA approved payments of post-investment subsidies for 4604 applications for a total of 734.6 million lei. As of January 1, 2021, AIPA reviewed 5,586 applications for post-investment subsidies totaling about 820 million lei, which, according to the provisions of the regulatory framework, have priority when considering and paying in the previous year, if the financial sources of this year have been exhausted. It should be reminded that in 2021, according to the Law on the State Budget, the size of the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas is 1.1 billion lei. //22.10.2021 - InfoMarket.
