According to the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture, 18.2 million lei were paid for 89 applications filed for subsidizing post-investment projects in 2020 and 14 million lei for 95 applications for subsidizing direct payments for livestock. AIPA has resumed payment of subsidies from September 10th. It should be reminded that subsidies for livestock are provided for three support measures. Under measure number 1 “Cattle”, in particular, the subsidy for the purchase of specialized breeds of cows for dairy and mixed production is 7000 lei; cows of specialized breeds for meat production - 7000 lei; bulls over 12 months old - 5000 lei. Measure No. 2 “Sheep”: for the purchase of specialized breeds for dairy and mixed production, the subsidy is 500 lei; specialized breeds for meat production - 500 lei; sheep over 12 months old - 300 lei. Measure 3: “Goats”: up to 12 months old - 500 lei; over 12 months - 300 lei. With regard to post-investment subsidies, this year they will be provided to farmers working in the following areas: the construction of greenhouses, the creation of perennial plantations, the purchase of agricultural machinery, the development of animal husbandry, the introduction of organic farming, the promotion of products on the market, the development of rural agritourism, etc. in 2021, according to the Law on the State Budget, the size of the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas is 1.1 billion lei. // 15.09.2021 - InfoMarket
