Over the past five years, the total amount of external assistance received by Moldova in the form of government loans amounted to 73.2 billion lei
As announced by Finance Minister Andrian Gavrilita, of this amount, 46.1 billion lei was used to cover the needs of the state budget, including support for the population, while 27.2 billion lei was attracted for infrastructure projects, regional development, energy efficiency improvement, and institutional capacity building in line with the government's strategic priorities.
