Investment opportunities in the IT sector were presented at Web Summit Lisbon, one of the world's largest events dedicated to technology, startups, and investment

For the fifth year in a row, our country was represented at this event with a separate stand. Web Summit Lisbon took place from November 10 to 13, and Moldova's investment opportunities in the IT sector were presented by the Investment Agency along with Moldova Innovation Technology Park and Moldovan companies. Web Summit Lisbon is a meeting place for investment funds, accelerators, technology companies, and European innovations, an important platform for entering international markets. Moldova's goal in participating was to raise awareness of the Moldovan IT ecosystem; establish connections between Moldovan companies and investors and potential partners; and present investment opportunities in the technology sector. Eight IT companies took part in the event, five of which were in Startup Pods: Argus AI, EatingAI, Vector Academy, Brizy, and gardy.me. During the event, the companies held B2B meetings, pitches, and discussions with investors interested in their solutions. According to the Investment Agency, participation in Web Summit Lisbon contributes to the promotion of Moldovan technology companies and strengthens the country's position as a competitive destination for investment in the technology sector. // 14.11.2025 – InfoMarket.
