An integrated government portal, EVO (evo.gov.md), will be launched in Moldova
According to the e-Governance Agency, the evo.gov.md portal was developed on the basis of a government decree dated October 8, 2025, with the aim of creating a consolidated digital ecosystem and a comprehensive solution that brings together all interactions between citizens, the business community, the diaspora, and the state, providing easy access to digital documents, electronic government services, and official data. It will provide a single, accessible location for: the government portal for public services (servicii.gov.md); the government portal for citizens and legal entities (MCabinet); the integrated government application EVO; and the platform for the development of electronic services and other digital resources of public interest (PDSE). Further details regarding the launch of the integrated government portal EVO – evo.gov.md will be presented at a press conference at the government on January 22, which will be held by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, Michelle Iliev, and the Director of the Agency for Electronic Governance, Nicoleta Colomeet. As previously reported by InfoMarket, the EVO portal (evo.gov.md) will become a single point of access to all electronic public services. The government made this decision to strengthen the EVO digital management ecosystem. The integrated government portal EVO will become a consolidated digital ecosystem and a comprehensive solution that will bring together all categories of interaction between citizens, the business environment, and the state in one place, providing convenient access to digital documents, electronic government services, and official data. Thanks to the EVO portal, users will have a unified experience of interacting with the state, access to state information systems and resources will be simplified, and basic digital services such as digital identification, electronic payments, electronic authentication and signature, and official notifications will be provided in one place. The portal will also centralize documented data on citizens and legal entities. Using the “single window” principle, e-government service providers will use the EVO portal as a basic platform for providing digital services. The project will be implemented in stages. The e-Governance Agency will be responsible for the implementation of the project, having allocated 1.5 million lei from its budget for the development and centralization of access to electronic services. // 21.01.2026 — InfoMarket
