Moldova will adopt a series of measures to support winemakers and eliminate bureaucratic processes in the wholesale and retail sale of wine
This was announced by Victoria Belous, a member of parliament from the ruling Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) and former Finance Minister. According to her, the draft law eliminates the requirement for businesses to have warehouses of at least 200 square meters for wholesale wine sales and lifts the ban on retail sales of wine in retail units smaller than 20 square meters. Furthermore, for the purpose of calculating the depreciation of fixed assets, the average useful life of commercial grape vineyards will be reduced to 15 years from the time they begin bearing fruit, instead of the current 25 years. // 20.11.2025 — InfoMarket
