The document was signed on Tuesday by Vladimir Bolea, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, and Friðrik Jónsson, Ambassador of Iceland to Moldova based in Warsaw. The agreement establishes the legal framework for bilateral air services and includes provisions on aviation security, applicable taxes, and the recognition of airworthiness and competency certificates. The document also regulates the operating rights, designation, and authorization of airlines.
