In Brussels, as part of the negotiations on the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the EU, a bilateral screening on Chapter 14 "Transport Policy" and Chapter 21 "Trans-European Networks" began.
This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, noting that within 4 days, the Moldovan delegation will discuss with European officials the issues of bringing national legislation into line with EU standards in the field of transport and the level at which our country is in this process. Bilateral screening is the first stage of the negotiation process on Moldova's accession to the European Union and is aimed at a detailed assessment of the degree of harmonization of national legislation with EU legislation. Later, the European Commission will publish a report that will determine whether Moldova can begin negotiations on these chapters. // 10.06.2025 – InfoMarket.
