CNPF has begun drafting a law on the financial instruments market
According to the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF), the initiative to draft this regulatory act stems from Moldova's commitments to transpose and harmonize its national legislation with EU legislation, in particular Directive (EU) 2014/65 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Directive 2002/92/EC and Directive 2011/61/EU (recast). Interested parties may submit their proposals on the draft law to CNPF until October 31. // 06.10.2025 — InfoMarket
