Since the launch of the evms.md platform in July 2024, individual investments in government securities have totaled 653 million lei

This was announced by the Moldovan Ministry of Finance, who presented the calendar of individual government securities subscriptions for the fourth quarter of 2025. As noted in the ministry's announcement, government securities subscriptions will be held during the following periods: October 6-15; November 3-12; and December 1-10. Investors will be able to choose bonds with maturities of 2, 3, or 4 years, depending on their financial goals. Detailed information on each issue will be published later on the official website of the Ministry of Finance and on the evms.md platform. The Ministry of Finance encourages citizens to register on the evms.md platform, which offers direct access to secure investment opportunities, the ability to purchase government securities without intermediaries, and commission-free trading. The platform was launched at the end of July 2024, and the first subscription through it took place in September 2024. To date, 9 government securities issues have been carried out, with an investment volume of approximately 653 million lei, through 6,419 transactions carried out by 2,309 investors. // 24.09.2025 — InfoMarket.
