This is provided for by a resolution approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on the organization of summer holidays for children and adolescents in 2024. This year, the state will pay for 25% of the total number of vouchers to children's holiday camps, and the remaining vouchers will be sold at a discount of 80% of the initial cost. Thus, children in difficult situations will receive free travel; children left without parental care; children from low-income families; children from large families; children from disadvantaged families; children with disabilities or from families in which there is an adult with a disability; children of war veterans; refugee children; students who have shown high academic results and winners of school and extracurricular competitions. In addition, the Ministry of Education and Research will purchase 533 vouchers for students of educational institutions in the eastern regions of Moldova and the city of Bender, subordinate to the ministry.
