
During the winter holidays in Moldova, access to private events with more than 25 guests is possible only upon presentation of a COVID certificate.
According to the decision of the National Public Health Emergency Commission, from December 23 to January 15, 2022, access to private events, such as festive dinners, corporate events, weddings, christening parties with more than 25 participants, throughout Moldova, regardless of danger level of coronavirus and assigned alert code (green, yellow, orange, red) will be possible only with COVID certificate. The Commission also approved rules for organizers and visitors of Christmas fairs. In the territory of the fairs the main sanitary and epidemiological rules must be respected: the visitors must wear masks (except children up to 12 years) and respect the social distance of 1 meter, the organizers must provide a distance of 5 meters between the sales areas and organize separate areas for the consumption of food. Vendors and staff of participating companies must be COVID-certified. Organizers must install information boards with all the epidemiological rules. At the same time, law enforcement agencies, departments of the National Agency for Public Health with the support of economic agents must ensure the supervision of compliance with all measures. Let us recall that, COVID-19 certificate means one of the following documents: COVID-19 vaccination certificate with a complete vaccination schedule (if at least 14 days have elapsed since vaccination); a medical report confirming that the person has had COVID-19 in the preceding period between day 15 and 180 (6 months) or a document confirming antibodies to coronavirus (valid 90 days); a negative PCR test for coronavirus or a rapid test performed 72 and respectively 48 hours before presenting. //22/12/2021 - InfoMarket.
