
Health emergency has been extended until April 15 in Chisinau.
The Municipal Emergency Public Health Commission has adopted this decision while taking into account the high statistics of morbidity and the persistence of the risks of the spread of the virus. Wearing a mask remains mandatory in closed and open spaces, including on the streets and in public transport. The mask should cover both the nose and mouth. All private and public institutions must establish a special work regime, with the physical presence of only those employees that are vital to ensure activities. Other employees should be able to perform their duties remotely. The educational process is resumed on March 16. Preschoolers and students of primary education, IX and XII grades, as well as the last grades of evening schools will attend physically educational institutions, but in a limited number, and for the rest of the students, the educational process will be organized remotely. Extracurricular activities will be organized with the physical presence of children, but within 15 people per group. Youth centers will also resume their work, but provided that no more than 20 people are present. During the health emergency in Chisinau, food will be distributed to socially vulnerable groups of the population. According to the Ministry of Health, 44% of all cases of COVID-19 infection in Moldova (89,931 people) were registered in Chisinau, of which 1,370 people died from complications caused by the virus. // 15.03.2021 – InfoMarket
